A gentle, dual-phase makeup remover specially formulated for lips and eyes, with a milky emulsion that removes even long-lasting or waterproof makeup while keeping skin soft and moisturized.

＊ How to Use

Shake well to mix the two phases, then soak a cotton pad, press gently on the lips or eyes for a few seconds, and wipe away makeup — rinse with lukewarm water if desired.
